Charlie Bartlett

Charlie (she/her) grew up in Richfield, where she was immersed in the written word from a young age. Passionate about stories, she graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2018, where she majored in English with a focus on creative writing. Prior to joining the Loft, she worked as a full-time political canvasser, which allowed her to explore stories in a different way and utilize them to advocate for justice in her community. Now working in development, she uses those same skills to aid in the growth of the Loft and foster an environment of giving among its friends. In her spare time, she does lots of crossword puzzles, makes relaxing videos on YouTube, watches horror movies with her pets, and continues her search for the best burrito spot in the Twin Cities. She also dreams of writing a novel and hopes the artistry by which she is surrounded at the Loft will inspire her to do so.
