Jeneé Skinner
Jeneé Skinner is an Iowa Writers’ Workshop graduate and went abroad to the University of Oxford to study Renaissance Literature and the Italian Renaissance. Her work has appeared in the Catapult, Roxane Gay’s The Audacity, Missouri Review, and elsewhere. Additionally, she won Michigan Quarterly Review’s Jesmyn Ward Prize. She has received fellowships from Tin House Summer Workshop and Kimbilio Writers Retreat. Jeneé is an assistant memoir editor at Split Lip Magazine. Her interests include swamps, haunted houses, folklore, family sagas, epics, and poetic prose.
