BuckSlam Spring Slam #2 (May 14)

BuckSlam is the Twin Cities' only monthly poetry slam! National Poetry Month has been an absolute whirlwind, but in May, we're back with the next slam in our Spring Slam Series! For the next couple months, poets will still have the chance to compete for that ONE WHOLE DOLLARS in prize money, but they won't be ranked as part of our regular season. Got some poems you want to share? We'd love to hear them! Join us at 6:30pm on Wed. May 14th at Moon Palace Books!

Doors at 6:30pm. Show at 7pm.
$1 cover. $1 prize.**
Sign-ups open the morning of the slam and close at 6:55pm!

**Winner receives a $25 gift card to Moon Palace! Prizes for runners up as well!

*Moon Palace requires masks be worn inside, please respect the venue and take care of each other by following this rule*

ACCESS INFO: Moon Palace is wheelchair and walker accessible and has multiple accessible restrooms. The stage in the performance space is on risers with steps, but the mic can be lowered to floor-level for anyone who needs it.
