Minnow

Ray Ruoho has written an autobiography of his growing up as a first-generation American in northern Minnesota through the Vietnam War.  It is available on Amazon under the title: Minnow.  

"Minnow" is a collection of memories curated over the lifetime of a boy who loved to learn, and often the hard way. Ray's stories are reminiscent of a simpler time, as seen from the vantage point of a sometimes difficult life well-lived. Proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated by the author to benefit the Nguyen Nga Center in Quy Nhon, Vietnam. The center helps those with special needs, especially those with physical disabilities, and seeks every day to live out their mission to help the disabled live “A Happy and Useful Life.
