Tiny Coffins Release
Hello Loft!
As a former Minnesotan and Loft student, I'd like to announce the publication of my first book Tiny Coffins (Open Book Press, 2018). Raw, visceral, and poetically charged, Tiny Coffins is an experimental memoir about my mother's struggle with Parkinson's Disease and an exploration of a mother/daughter relationship.
Ariana D. Den Bleyker of ELJ Editions, Ltd. has said that Tiny Coffins is “steely, unforgettable, and full of small treasures.” She continued, “there is so much to love and mourn within the narrative and so many other gut wrenching feelings brewing inside it. Warren’s voice in each vignette is so alive it can sometimes hurt to read.”
I will be kicking off a reading tour in California beginning November 10 at William Henry Memorial Library in Big Sur. Tiny Coffins is available to buy on my website, Amazon and in select California bookstores. Please visit ashleywarrenworks.weebly.com for more information on tour dates, news, reviews and purchase options!
Thank you Minneapolis, you've been my truest inspiration!
